Management is pathetic they are mostly hitlers they dont follow policy , they can kick you out of the company if you dont say hello to them , they expect you will fill water bottles for them , say yes to everything , Ankita Dubey is the best politician here , she have zero technical knowledge and give ratings to technical people , she is the dirtiest peice in the history of quorum , if its not personal how can in 3 years a scrum master can be the boss of the pune branch that to be without any single technical knowledge hope quorum read this and go deep down of everything and take correct actions , every one do bitching about her but to save their job people are just sitting keep quite

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
