They should learn how to work like a Product based company. The so called technical lead doesn’t know anything about technology she only knows to scream of top of her voice in the meetings and ask employees to over work as the VP Tech(an external employee) gives unrealistic deadlines to the management without thinking anything about employees. The tech lead and her pet employee think that they both run the company her pet employee even clams in front of everyone that if he quits the company will shut down. He encourages the overwork and hustle culture since he has nothing called as personal life and because of which the company expects everyone to work like him. Even though the other employees put in their blood and sweat into the product development they are never given the kind of attention that the tech lead and her pet gets because of the micro level politics they play inside tech team. Overall don’t join the tech team here unless you want to learn politics as there is nothing else present in this org.

I get to polish my skills and learn a lot every day. I have got this great team where everyone is helpful and polite with each other and we have proper coordination as well. People from other departments are also friendly.

Basically Everything!!!! I have been working here as an HR Intern, and got to learn a lot, my colleagues, managers are very supportive and helpful. There is a great opportunity for learn and grow. GREAT PLACE TO WORK!
