Salary and appraisal benefits are very worst ...after first source take over the company has changed so much...Not very nice like previous years

This is the worst company I have ever worked for. The managers are irresponsible guys and they do not respond for any of your emails. Overall, if you do not have any other offer, join this company. Otherwise stay away from this company and you will be happy you did.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.managers do not value an individual strength which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

* Food to be provided to all at office without any condition ; * Hap Pay App to be upgraded with Scan & Pay for any immediate uses. *Leave Balances to be En-cashed as pay every year without any minuses. * Any Holiday working must be provided with Double Pay(OT), I had it at Omega Bangalore on 2008 itself why can't here now. Please improve our standard to the maximum possible. Regards Thinakaran K

I enjoyed working with company even after hard situation because I always believe in my work I done, and also my satisfaction towards client end and higher authority.

Over all good but hardest part in the salary benefits and management need to encourage for the carrier growth and work life balance is good.
