Favouritism; You'll only be promoted if you're your manager's favourite 4. You need to do your manager's work instead of what your job demands then only you're skilled. 5. Feedbacks are non confidential here think thrice before writing anything. 6. The layoff wave has just started in the company after chatGPT partnered with Apple and Samsung and their hero product paraphraser is now freely available. 7. Work timings are flexible so you have to available whenever your manager needs you be it 1 am.

The work culture here is just awesome. You feel part of the mission all the time. Nobody forces you to work, it just comes from within naturally. The comp structure and benefits are very competitive. Permanent work from home just adds cherry on top.

Dislikes

I literally can not think of any. This might sound like I am being biased but in my personal experience and experience of many others who work here is positive.
