The desperate need to communicate. Thing about working with Quicko is everyone (from founder to HR) expect you to speak every minute of the day. They have created an environment that introverts/ambiverts can’t peacefully work without worrying about someone picking you to give a speech in an instant. Of course founder thinks he is better than all Chartered Accountants out there so..

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
