Likes

Nothing. This place is the WORST organizations one can work for. They define the work TOXIC.

Dislikes

They treat you like machines or maybe even worse. They used to run a clothing factory earlier and trust me nothing has changed. No cell phones, no food or even access to coffee, policies changes as per their wishes. They make you sign a contract and treat you as BONDED LABOUR. Only join them if this is the last company in the world and you are dying of hunger.

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
