Timely salary credit and facilities are provided to employees.

There was no help or support from senior management. Especially when you are remote support, only promotion and appraisal are given better to Pune head office employees. Other regional engineers, SMEs, and managers, they were treated very badly. Even at the time of COVID 19, they forced employees to come to the office and ask to relocate to other cities. Those who won't change their location have been laid off. They haven't given the appraisal on time and have forced many employees to resign. In difficult times when management and senior managers need to support their team and staff, they make excuses, make the team members vulnerable, and put extra pressure on them to perform. Engage employees in unnecessary activities and training programs that are not relevant to them. The head of operations, like Rakesh Patel, makes the lives of their team members miserable instead of supporting them in difficult situations. Even the senior HR manager, Ambika Phalke, who is supposed to protect employees and their rights, But unfortunately she was engaging with senior management, the sales head, and the sales head & technical head in the laying of SMEs, senior engineers, team leads, and technical regional managers. In Quick Heal, they don't have a culture to support each other, and it's reputation has been tarnished. Being an Indian-origin anti-virus company, they are also following wrong practices and approaches that are not employee-friendly.

Don't like anything about Quick-heal, management was very in bad shape. Firing people to reduce the overhead. Not supporting at all in such scenario. Government should condemn such organization.

...ery poor, company not pay their employee well, never share profit with employee. The salary structure is poor and not upto the market standard. No balanced life between job and personal life. Company has high expectation but appraisal are very poor.

Dislikes

Asking for off roll job and wrong commitment about in hand salary so many restrictions, and no one available for any problems solution and having so many things and to many interested in personal life. No one giving proper information guidance and HR also not giving any response.There are only giving one team leader which doing so many wrong things ( fraud ), and all authority giving his hand about salary, sales, and many times raised complaint but no action will taken against the TL. They are giving who is not liable to do this work and also doing something wrong and and increase the performance of that person but no one observed and also give so many offs on working days but in that case diduction in salary was not done but same thing if I do the salary was deducted. So many things done wrong and one take action. Searching for another opportunity.
