It was really good. I would Join again if had a chance. My managers were the nicest people I have ever met. It has been more than 2-3 years but still in touch with them and other colleagues. Nicest bunch of people I have worked with.

Salary was not great at the beginning but received an appraisal and increment with in 1 year.

...licies are in favour of employer. Never expect in surprise gifts from company. Variable pay is almost never get paid fully, they always give excuses. Every appraisal discussion is - you are paid very well as compared to others. And company is having financial issues next time you will get good pay. Overall they are exploiting good working employees.

The company has supportive work environment, provides good compensation, has many projects to work on new technologies.

Processes are getting adopted slowly. Sometimes the guidance related to projects is not provided.

poor managment. lowest salary. worst increament. less man manpower to handle load. descrimination between girls and boys. no value for female employee. work hard but dont expect good incraement.

Asking for off roll job and wrong commitment about in hand salary so many restrictions, and no one available for any problems solution and having so many things and to many interested in personal life. No one giving proper information guidance and HR also not giving any response.There are only giving one team leader which doing so many wrong things ( fraud ), and all authority giving his hand about salary, sales, and many times raised complaint but no action will taken against the TL. They are giving who is not liable to do this work and also doing something wrong and and increase the performance of that person but no one observed and also give so many offs on working days but in that case diduction in salary was not done but same thing if I do the salary was deducted. So many things done wrong and one take action. Searching for another opportunity.
