From the outside it looked like a regular company until a month in I realized the true organization.

Dislikes

Toxic culture driven by bullying, deception, fear, and lack of trust from foreign family owners and family members. They also closely monitor time clocks, video surveillance, and emails from their desktops. Taking your limited vacation time / sick time is severely frowned upon, especially in your first year.
