salary very low compared to other companies for campus joinees, very little hike (a joke tbh). completed one year but very sad to settle with low salary not recommended for campus joinees average office culture

Very very good and inclusive culture and helpful people. Quite a few company events, get together, bonding sessions. Amazing work experience.

Salary and hikes are mediocre. Offshore assigned employees can face quite a burden of workload.

...mates are cooperative. Training is excellent along with pre test and post tests. Poor salary/appraisal. Work environment and work balance is good.career growth is slow. No skill improvement.

Long working hour. Rotational shift. No yearly hike, no extra benefits, no performance hike. No new skill learning.

Since I had come from another company which was acquired, the salary was on higher side, otherwise, salary in this company is on lower side.

The support team's support is very disappointing. They think they are the kings, and that's why most of the work is not being done on time.

Managers tourture and poor appraisals, poor salary, poor compensation and benifits, less amount for shift working peaple, poor appraisal process and lot of office politics, if asked for the reason for not giving appraisal no one is taking responsibility and who are working are poor fellows
