...growth, given the opportunity for new learning. Good work environment n culture. Company police are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary

There is lot of politics n the management doesn't address our issue salary is decent but career growth is slow

Nothing much to like about working at here except the flexible shift system. good place for lazy people.

Worst management, No career growth, no appraisal, not so great work-life balance. They expect you to work without proper remuneration, you have to do even housekeeping work when asked to, salary will differ each month, deductions in salary without proper reasons.

my senior are good, salary on time.

9*6 work time, only 1 leave per month then how you use it its your problem sick or casual or else. 3 months notice period. no systematic work, salary is not sufficient, company only works for money. company don't care about their employees. if you want to talk for something only they use to say talk with that one every one is talking like that.

There are so many dislike. 1. No job security. 2. Poor mangement dont listen to employee. 3.Client intervention and they decide who to promote and who stay. 4. No promotion. 5.Zero support for family emergecy. 6.No job training.
