I have completed two years here ,work atmosphere is good,company policy are also very nice,timing is also good

Provided less salary according to work ,no increment,no promotion I have completed almost 3 yr but here m not seeing any type promotion .except this overall facilities are goog

I like everything about quess its supports in its employees in every situation also doing very well during covid period

It’s not worth to recommend someone to go there and work as they don’t offer competitive package and posses very low work type culture. No growth opportunities and nothing to learn extra, and no guidance.

There are so many dislike. 1. No job security. 2. Poor mangement dont listen to employee. 3.Client intervention and they decide who to promote and who stay. 4. No promotion. 5.Zero support for family emergecy. 6.No job training.
