1. False Commitments 2. Fake Promises about incentives 3. Layoffs at the time of appraisals 4. Upper management is least bothered about ground realities 5. Highly Biased environment 6. No Other client(except present) and zero job security. No official email id, no office laptop from quess corp, you have to use everything given by client. Timesheet issue every month for approval.

Nothing is there…worst company I ever worked.

Dislikes

It is a outsourcing company has worst client, no good project, Poor management, worst Job security, salary credit has no fixed day, it can extend to the mid of the month, even after some call and email to the HR people. They have one client G&D MS Ind pvt ltd , which one is the worst client, they will throw out anytime. Once client has released you, the Quess will not help you to assign project from the other client, it also release you. Don’t join the company…
