No support from compony. They did'nt provide salary. They sent all temp employ on LOP so they did'nt have to pay a single penny. No carrer growth in this organisation No support from company during lckdown. Work culture is also very poor. Company policies and managment part is also very poor

Company policies are just for showcase. Third class management in Quess. The environment is like you are labour to a company. even I afraid to suggest someone join a company.

...gent looking for an employee they hire a literal to full fill their requirement. if you looking for a high salary in Quess wait for right moment if a company. In Need, they provide you what you ask. No scale of training in a company. Career Growth is zero. if you are shaw your talent - Skills its means 0 to a company. An appraisal is base on how you behave with your PM or backbiting not as per your hard work. My Master Trainer recommends my name for state training head but my PM replaces it with one of her employee who is not working but provides other employees info (backbiting). If you rais your voice on harassment, you are going to full your self no expectation for justice. Managers taking advantage of their position against Male/female Employees. If you want to grow you career in politics I suggest you work in Quess for 2 years. you cannot learn new skills in a company. 0 innovation. you cannot balance your life in Quess. stay out of your home for Mobilization weeks or months & work for a company but a company means you are orphan. In a pandemic, A company removes its employee & sign latter of LOP from the employee.

...t. Manager differentiates between trainer and doesn't give appreciation to work. Salary is decent but carrier growth is low. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
