I JOINED IN A CONTRACT 2 HIRE ROLE. 1) SALARY ON 7TH OF EVERY MONTH 2) HARRASMENT DURING NOTICE PERIOD 3) EXTENDED MY NOTICE PERIOD WITHOUT MY PERMISSION 4) THEY DELAY BY MONTHS IN GIVING RELIEVING LETTER & FNF 5) WORST COMPANY TO WORK. 6) HR NEVER REPLIES ON EMAIL OR PICKS UP YOUR CALL OR CALLS BACK PLEASE NEVER EVER JOIN, STAY UNEMPLOYED BUT PLEASE DONT JOIN.

Salary on time. Exploring new assignments. Wide range of clients, be it corporate giants and start ups, MNCs.

Very slow in appraisals. No timely incentives. Announcements on incentives are there. But no work outs on the same.

No Other client(except present) and zero job security. No official email id, no office laptop from quess corp, you have to use everything given by client. Timesheet issue every month for approval.

It is a outsourcing company has worst client, no good project, Poor management, worst Job security, salary credit has no fixed day, it can extend to the mid of the month, even after some call and email to the HR people. They have one client G&D MS Ind pvt ltd , which one is the worst client, they will throw out anytime. Once client has released you, the Quess will not help you to assign project from the other client, it also release you. Don’t join the company…
