1. False Commitments 2. Fake Promises about incentives 3. Layoffs at the time of appraisals 4. Upper management is least bothered about ground realities 5. Highly Biased environment 6. No value of talent 8. Middle management asking for money with in the teams and to the client as well 9. Incentives are never given as promised/Committed 10. Do not care about top performers 11. Very slow in appraisals. No timely incentives. Announcements on incentives are there. But no work outs on the same.

No Other client(except present) and zero job security. No official email id, no office laptop from quess corp, you have to use everything given by client. Timesheet issue every month for approval.

Nothing is there…worst company I ever worked.

It is a outsourcing company has worst client, no good project, Poor management, worst Job security, salary credit has no fixed day, it can extend to the mid of the month, even after some call and email to the HR people. They have one client G&D MS Ind pvt ltd , which one is the worst client, they will throw out anytime. Once client has released you, the Quess will not help you to assign project from the other client, it also release you. Don’t join the company…

9*6 work time, only 1 leave per month then how you use it its your problem sick or casual or else. 3 months notice period. no systematic work, salary is not sufficient, company only works for money. company don't care about their employees. if you want to talk for something only they use to say talk with that one every one is talking like that.
