...r the same report again and again. They are internally not at all organised. Only good part is, they credit the salary on time i.e. 1st of every month. If you are needy, then only join but if you have big passions and store out of the box thinking then do not even think about it. Also, they have multiple offices in bangalore, so be ready to travel from one office to another without any reimbursement.

There is a lot of politics. Salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond 2 years before which you cannot resign.
