I worked as a sales executive deputed to Axis Bank for two years and faced challenges with the HR team during that time. Despite my efforts over one and a half years to update my email ID, there was no proper response to salary-related queries, and I often felt a lack of respect. Here Work-Life balance, Salary & Benefits, Promotions / Appraisal, Company Culture... And many other's is very very problematic for Employe who fully dependent in this company.The company have big issue for salary.... And about our salary no justification available From our boss and HR Department.
