After working for 3 years there is no increment . My CTC is same since I join the company. Manager and others banking roll employees are getting promotion but working for the toughest part of the banking job and generating direct revenue from the company's end still there is no job security ,future improvement no appraisal in april no bonus . You can be terminated by 3 months unproductive performance in a year starting from your 1st unproductive month. No matter whether you directly interact with customer and make a deal with them ,you go out to pick up documents by your own expensive and come to office and do all login and disbursement paper job but direct company payroll will treat you as a outsider and you will be seen as a disbelief untrusted person all the time.

I'm working Axis Bank on third party payroll. Bank wise no issue.

Dislikes

Very low salary for fresher 8k experienced up to 15 k. Worst incentive compare with axis securities. Very long hour working 9 am to 9 pm every day.

Quess is a big company, but salary is worst. Full-day like 12 hr job timings only for 9923 is salary they don't give insentives on time. No communication from hr & for salary department.

Not good salary , No carrier growth . Total waste of time & carrier growth . This company Hr only help you in joining quickly but they give you so much low salary . After the joining , even not received your phone call. This my real experience for doing the job to this company. I just wanted to say that the real fact behind this company. This company deal with third party job candidate but they are not think about candidate carrier growth.

Quees corp has no carrier growth for their employees. I know one person who continue the job in Loan Department almost 8 years but he is not get any promotion till date. But He is very good employee . He did the job so perfectly & dedicatedly.
