...th team members. They always hire in contract but never converts into permanent. They provide salary less and give pressure more always compare each other. Not providing incentive they set target much so that nobody can achieve those targets and they will be in benefit.

Salary on time. Exploring new assignments. Wide range of clients, be it corporate giants and start ups, MNCs.

Very slow in appraisals. No timely incentives. Announcements on incentives are there. But no work outs on the same.

Ques corp has an awesome employee friendly culture. As long as your work is done they have flexible policies. Work life balance is good.

Quess has really proven a best company to work with. Understanding the current situation in his Pandemic they have supported work from home facility for many of us who were non localite.Good working environment , colleague are super friendly.Best comapny to work for maintaining work life balance.

Incentive sturcture should be reconstructed (review from many quessians) but yes compensation is good.
