The gave good salary to freshers but the problem is company.

The hectic work culture and humiliation by employer,it's totally sales job.if you work even selflessly there no satisfaction by the employer.

1. They give more leaves & holidays than other companies 2. Well spoken employees

...missing 4. No proper KRA given, so performance review never goes as it should 5. Variable pay was not given for almost 6/7 quarters back to back 6. Many employees was asked to go without any notice / with short notice etc

I like that they are providing recruitments to bulk of candidates that is helping in increasing employement.

Dislikes

The salary packages and incremental policies are worst. Employee is not satisfied with the package they are offering against the workload they have.

I would give no rating if there is an option.

...e for employe work, they can remove you from job at any time without intimation. For salary need to follow-up on a regular basis. My personal experience is not much likely with quess.

I have completed two years here ,work atmosphere is good,company policy are also very nice,timing is also good

Provided less salary according to work ,no increment,no promotion I have completed almost 3 yr but here m not seeing any type promotion .except this overall facilities are goog
