... two types Employee is there permanent and non permanent for permanent employee Some Good work environment and salary hike appraisals etc etc but non permanent they give there 101% but nothing only zero 00000 So no like

They hire for Trainer and they take work from us anything mis mobilization counselors etc etc

...t. Manager differentiates between trainer and doesn't give appreciation to work. Salary is decent but carrier growth is low. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...t and culture. Teammates are minor supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are less and they give less salary and no bonus.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 year. No benifits.

IKYA provided my salary and relieving letter online. That's the best thing. Mr Shishir , the HR , was very humble always. But right now I don't have any job.

HT Media was reducing its staff and I got trapped but IKYA is not providing any job. My humble request is to provide me a job in Lucknow if possible.
