The point to improve is salary credit on 15th of each month which should be starting of month. Also, there should be appreciation and award to employees in contractor role.

I am working for the client company of Quess Corp Limited. Good thing is that you get salary on time mostly and his WorQ app for the employee helps alot.

Dislikes

Everything is good apart from the HR Department. HRs are not responsive. I can say, you won't get any reply even after asking same query 10 times most of the times.

...ey resigned even they forcing to employee to resign. They don't have emotions. People working here hire fresh graduates and doesn’t pay them the salary that is offered in their offer letter and try deducting huge amounts each month. Nor they provide any documentation for the deduction. My honest review it has to be reported under Anti money laundering review against it . As I am working under AML regime I will go ahead and report this organisation.

The only thing I like about this company is that they give salary on time.

Growth is very slow. HRs are not available when you need. They did not renew your contract even if your work is good. They don't even give salary as they maintain on their offer letter.

IT'S a best company to work,IT departments are so large and provide best services Quality of each and every department is so good and Quality is perfect.

Worst part of quess is There is no salary Hike after 6 months or 1year of employee work in my personal experience.when we ask also they are saying not much perfectly.
