On third party pay roll employees get nothing.. discrimination is there and everywhere...but overall Intel is a good company..

Good team mates as a fresher level i learnt a lot from magna infotech and they are maintaining good rapo with clients.

Dislikes

They will give salaries on time but they are not providing good compensation/ hike to the employees.

IT'S a best company to work,IT departments are so large and provide best services Quality of each and every department is so good and Quality is perfect.

Worst part of quess is There is no salary Hike after 6 months or 1year of employee work in my personal experience.when we ask also they are saying not much perfectly.

Salary are paid on 7th of every month. If 7th is Saturday or Sunday salary happens after 7th. Never give salary before 7th. No appraisal happens. No promotion. Everything depends on clients.

They have a very robust HR team which are available for any help 24/7. I haven't seen this in NY of my previous companies.

Dislikes

They could have a policy in place for periodic pay increment. There was no pay hike for the last two years.
