They dint support me at all, so I don’t like anything about it

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the HR doesn’t address the issues salary is decent but no career growth since last 4 years and they gave me 6 months unpaid leave in Feb 20 by promising nobody job will be terminated and suddenly June 30 HR said my job has been terminated and they dint pay my 3 months redundancy salary
