It's newly startup and the company cluture is very eco friendly. You can scale up your self here with your hardwork and experience in a very short time. For the new learner it is very good place to works. Here I like the working style and work life style. The company and the owner will gives you a eco working plateform to work here and grow up your self in a less time. I think Qubik infra is the best place to work.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
