...l you when you are interviewing or joining 1. It’s a 6 days working 2. Salary is paid on 15th of every month not on 1st 2 3. You are eligible to take only 2 leaves at any point in time so basically forget going for a vacay without a pay cut 4. If you don’t take your 2 leaves in a month they will lapse 5. Multiple levels are approvals are needed to take these 2 leaves 6. They have genius ways of deducting salaries 7. Attrition rate is more than 90%. In a company of less than 50 employees 40 people were either removed or went AWOL in a span of 8 months

Don’t join this company, Eveything mentioned in one star reviews is true. They pay salary on 15th of the month so you have to wait 45 days every month for salary. They call slavery hustling and if you don’t behave like one they will blame you for not taking your work seriously. Also they have multiple ways to deduct salary and all in all just make you fool while you’re interviewing

This is a complete fraud organisation - salary paid on 15th because people offer leave due to company’s toxic culture - saw on average 2 people leaving or getting fired every quarter with no to less notice period - no perks with serious implications to deduct salaries - say that they are organised but salary, incentives and HR formalities are a joke - 6 days working with sandwich policy. Company doesn’t want you to have a personal life. - 4 top management guys enjoy all the perks while rest suffer to wait until 15th to get their salaries
