Exploitation is at the highest. Local managers like oiling. Salary is not given to who actually works. In a team of 10 only 3-4 people work and the rest sit at home all managing.

Excellent work environment. Teammates are supportive. Every year there's hike in salary. Company helped a lot in Pendamic.

Nothing much to dislike.... After a certain salary level emp don't get bonus. Bonus should go to everyone.
