If someone demands for it then he has to deduct the whole amount from his side like insted of 10% or, 12% of salary deduction as pf its is deducted 20% or 24% from the salary. The other thing is that there is an autocratic environment in the company. The do what whatever they want. No restricted holidays only two in a year. No overtime for service engineers whether they come late night. There are manymore things for which i have no words to say. The condition of workers is so bad and drastic. Even service department has no coolar even when temp is 44 c.
