The other things are there is no PF and ESI facility. If someone demands for it then he has to deduct the whole amount from his side like insted of 10% or, 12% of salary deduction as pf its is deducted 20% or 24% from the salary. The other thing is that there is an autocratic environment in the company. The do what whatever they want. No restricted holidays only two in a year. No overtime for service engineers whether they come late night. There are manymore things for which i have no words to say. The condition of workers is so bad and drastic. Even service department has no coolar even when temp is 44 c.
