Dhiren is the most egoistic person. Employee who satisfy his ego gets high Salary and Promotion. Those who joined this Company to contribute for the betterment of the Company got fired or left with bad note. Those who know how to make him happy are enjoying their life in the company. He must be good in managing labor and not white color employees in Corporate office.

Dislikes

Just sitting in the office of the director won't make a person a director and leader. Leadership always reflects in the behavior and need not to be announced. If there is any institution who teach the manners to give respect then I am ready to pay the donation for his coaching.

But all departments are not efficient to achieve success... One persons or one departments failure affects all others and in last everything goes into vaine

Mr. D***** (Director) thinks that he knows everything. He lacks not only knowledge but lacks the respectful behavior. According to him he can buy any person by giving money. Do not fall into the trap of this person. He will give false picture of the company that they have a manufacturing plant which not a correct. Employee turnover is more than 50%. Employee leave this organization without serving notice period as they remain agitated because of his behavior.

Not even a worth to give an interview in this company. Joining is far away.

Everything, overall no control over business. Seriously secondary of thier product is NIL. I'll never recommend working in Quba as potential job opportunity. It's just waste of valuable time, energy and money.

Pathetic, Arrogant Director, Sales is not growing, Customers are disheartened, Toxic and Toxic Culture, When the people whose name starts with D brings horrible vibes in the company, and mostly the Hiring Consultant named Jumana Dalal working in Leadplacement who traps candidates from the Market for this worst company..
