Overall great place to stay if do not want any career growth and not seeking for salary hike. There is no working pressure at all.

No salary, No career growth people are working for 3-4 as junior and office politics is On peek.

The staff, colleagues, peers were good during my work period. The process training was good. The work atmosphere is good enough as the teams are very cooperative.

Dislikes

The Salary, Benefits & specifically appraisals lagged a bit but the company is good other than these aspects.

Likes

Only salaries are paid on time. That's it Company is good for fresher who wants to start their career but I recommend to work here not more than 1 year.

Work policies are very disgusting. Do not work in night shift, tell manager to allow for 9 to 5 shift only so you will get more satisfaction, otherwise you will get more anxiety during the work.

Job security is an issue as of now. Dirty politics in the Network departments. They have started MSP departments without any market knowledge they hire people as manager and director and within 2-3 months they immediately fired them. I will request any networking and security engineer wanted to join this company please don't join. Your skillset will get wasted and get diminished.

The technical leaning is good as you will be working for 15-16 hours a day in different projects with different requirements.

Dislikes

Work life balance is pathetic, work pressure is huge, management is pathetic. Manager's pretend to listen your problem but they don't take action in your favour.
