Good work and environment but no benefits. No proper salary for fresher .. politics are there. No appraisals.. too low incentives. So recommend to go this office for only learning purpose not earning.

Dislikes

I don't like the Salary structure plus very less incentives. Even very much work hard we are getting only 200 to 300 incentives which is unfair. Yes ! Work is satisfactory but no growth.

Likes

The company is a third party vendor hence there is nothing much to say about but I was with Nokia Solutions And Network team and working under such organization is very helpful for to grow on personal and profession front. The company is open to innovation to technology which help us in learning new technologies in very less times.

Dislikes

As I was working on contractual basis and if the project ends, we have to move to different location or we have switch the job which is not very helpful. The company cannot provide you permanent jobs security.
