No Job security. They hire and fire you at will. Employees have been removing their Quark experience from their resume (including myself) as this company has ruined employees reputation. They force existing employees to write good reviews on websites. This company has not future. Even after being in the market for so long, their employee count is still very low and revenue profit is still very low. Don't join this company unless you are on road.

HR Manager in Mohali is harrassing employees even after leaving the organisation. He shared my number with insurance company for renewal for all his employees. Insurance company is calling me for renewal for all those people.

They can fire you even if you work well. They hire interns and not give them job according to their performance (as they mentioned before). Just if they have budget to afford you then they do others will let you go.
