Low HR support in terms of conflict resolution. Money wins over work always. Too much internal escalations on teammates. Single issue HR intervenes which erodes confidence in employees

...nd-working employees to try hands on latest cutting-edge technologies and tools. one will hardly find such an open work environment anywhere else On-time appraisal and bonus are received. Nice support from seniors.

Some projects may have a stringent deadline. though the management staff always tries its best to provide us with much needed resource and enough time.

Salary comes in 1st week of the month. Pathetic work life balance eventhough they say you need to work only for 9hrs. Managers act like they know everything but when you ask for help, they won't. They say they'll have your back during client call but they immediately disown you during the call and if the client gets angry, they'll say it's your incompetence.

I didn't see much benefits for the mental well-being of employees.

The salary structure is really good for both freshers and experienced. if you have some extraordinary skills, no one can stop you to reach new heights in your career. The CEO and other higher authorities respect and understand real talent. Good work environment and higher job security. Consistent opportunities to improve your skills. The company provides a great learning curve.

I believe the dislikes depend on the team you end up with. other than this, Qiantzig is really a good company to work with.
