There is no proper process to hire a candidate , they will terminate as per their own decisions , there is no job security , its been only one month i joined, they terminated me with a cilly reasons without proper intimation, terrible

Leadership who needs to understand an incorporated model of work style than an enterprise model. HR to understand and respond rather convincing like a manager. Facilities Do not impose the workload onto the existing staff due to the increasing attrition. If 16 hours of working by an individual doesn't make the things better or the boss happy then there is a big need of remodeling in the company. Managers are Managers not Magicians, give a feasible and reasonable targets.
