Quantum is a fraud company, please don't work here just reject the offer if you get. They simply hire employee from all the region and then they collect the data of distributor and then they kick you out without any reason, if you will ask the reason they will tell you that company is planning to go back to direct business so they were removing. No one will help you out. I wasted my 6 months.

Limited range of products limits your growth as well as knowledge, Compensations also doesn't match to the industry standard at least for sales department.

Good working culture and environment to work. Management is good, employee centric and policies are fair. Good place to work at.

Investment policies towards employees are not good. Appraisal is fair but bit slow but overall experience is very good.
