The company is very good for freshers in design, Assembly. Who has no idea of practical n physically work. Who has only theoretical knowledge of books. For those freshers their has lots of knowledge to learn about production, Assembly, issues in manufacturing industry n what's the demand of customers.

...t manufacturer's in 4-5 days, something work like it we spent 24 hrs in company. Salary timing is vry poor. I'm there from last 1.5 yrs yet now no increment. Very serious problem is always shortage of manpower on machines. No any training programme. They not gives any offer latter, joining latter, experience latter. No any security of job, whenever they need they can hire whenever no need u can be out from company.

See it's one of the best organization for the one who wants to learn. No politics , best team. Very cooperative working culture and for a Lerner I think this is the best organization. It will make you learn the basics very clear. I hope the organization will soon reach heights to the success. Thanks

Daily meeting with the head is sometimes I hate. But today after resigning I realise that it's jus not a meeting it's more than that which helps me to learn a lot both professionally and personally. So nothing is there that I dislike about the company. I am grateful instead
