Not so many things to like but yes Hybrid model On time salary

Dislikes

Bad Politics and no job security if you resign then they'll ask you to leave the organization on the same day while their NP is 3 months so policies doesn't matter for management to take the decisions even if you have given 3-4 years of yours to the organization. HR and whole management is puppet of Only one senior employee in IT who's like a GOD for them you can't expect justice in any case from them so please think once before joining & thanks me later, specially for female employees as they don't prefer to hire female employees in IT because as per them female can't support in work in comparison to males Also if you leave 1 min before the end time of your job due to traffic or cab bookings that will also become the topic for discussion in meeting to give the warning Micro management for females, you can't even enjoy freely your tea break No appreciation for work from your seniors
