...Most of the people are on bench, learning new tech like flutterflow, ccai ext. Very bad and worst management, they hire a people with high salary it's a trap for every hard working employees because is there no project they fired with 30 min of call. They don't know how to run a business. They are buy good company award to showcase. Even you are high performer of the quarter or a year they will fire if they have not project in hand. Ryt now the situation is worst, so plz don't join a company.

Things have changed past couple of years Less hikes , layoffs , and management taking random actions No hikes and hybrid model No new projects And old project are ramping down Still they are recruiting new people I won't suggest this company to anyone

Good work experience, environment and culture. They give good salary hike,and incentives as per our work,effort.there is huge cafeteria with many facilities.

Obviously there is a lot of politics.there is career growth is really slow.

Late night meal and late night travel expenses are the good part.

Biased appraisals, Zero work life balance. No salary structure. I was asked to utilize 200% my juniors. They ahud not go home on Sunday too. They are much focused in building brand name. BA get more importance then engineer only by updating excel sheets. Use pirated windows and excel.
