...iphi as a company is giving a good compensation as compared to others in market. The freshers package is really good. There are quarterly parties, no micro management specific to my project.

Dislikes

Are more client oriented. Could be a project issue where we never say no to client. Laterals are hired but yearly hikes are between (5-9%) which is nt really fair. Freshers who joined at 8LPA would get either get 10,20 or 30 % hike and in few years would reach closer to 3 years experience guy as he is a lateral who joined and is getting less hike.

Portion of Salary hike is retained for 1.5 years to be paid to employee which is really not employee friendly policy. Lot of internal Politics. OU Delivery leads do not have much knowledge to drive portfolio so they will not let you grow otherwise their growth is paused.

...th AI ML technologies with certifications for individuals to prove their skills. Apart from this, compensation is also good and matches market standards.

Dislikes

The environment overall is poor as it promotes fear and no culture of job security. The Co-founder have a few times lost their cool and behaved aggressively with associates on leadership calls. No work-life balance, toxic environment, and heavy on outcomes rather than inputs or training.

Dislikes

... Project Management is a joke, there is no proper planning of tasks and sprints. - No overtime pay. - Underpaid for the amount of work and responsibilities
