Pros - Nice company to work. You will get chance work in new technology. Salary hike is nice. Free breakfast, free snacks. Free cab if working late night. Cons - Long working hours, inexperienced boss/manager, if you are known to the founder, without proper knowledge and experience, you will become a manager.

Appraisals, promotion, salary hike Hr not responsive. No job security. If u work hard, it's good for you, don't bother any appreciation from management. They need only folks who can talk more and work less.

Nothing to like as such apart from a good package, which won't even feel good when you have to work under so much pressure and when you have to clock 12 hrs daily on a minimum basis. Don't look at Gdoor reviews most of them are old and newer ones are done by management to maintain their fake image.

...Most of the people are on bench, learning new tech like flutterflow, ccai ext. Very bad and worst management, they hire a people with high salary it's a trap for every hard working employees because is there no project they fired with 30 min of call. They don't know how to run a business. They are buy good company award to showcase. Even you are high performer of the quarter or a year they will fire if they have not project in hand. Ryt now the situation is worst, so plz don't join a company.
