There is not a single good thing to say about this worst company.

...Most of the people are on bench, learning new tech like flutterflow, ccai ext. Very bad and worst management, they hire a people with high salary it's a trap for every hard working employees because is there no project they fired with 30 min of call. They don't know how to run a business. They are buy good company award to showcase. Even you are high performer of the quarter or a year they will fire if they have not project in hand. Ryt now the situation is worst, so plz don't join a company.

The pay package and Hybrid working model.

Dislikes

The work culture is toxic, no work life balance, no professionalism in the work environment. You are expected to work 12-14 hours a day and also on weekends. No proper structure for projects in pipeline and no structured way of executing any projects. They have really bad shift timings, also no transparency amongst the team.

1. At the start of your career its a good learning journey but not for too long until you find the real corporate life.

...f the clients and not even a cent percent is given to the team who works for it. And stop the nonsense of variable pay if you don't wanna give it.

Nothing is good about it, just nonsense things they are doing and make us suffer. No job, no income, nothing!!!

...ous company, don't recommend to even look at it, FULL OF SCAMS AND UNWORTHY!! Don't join it, or be prepared for the hard time, as they won't pay you a single penny in the name of training and let you do dozens of work. Be prepared for anxiety, tensions, insecurity if you want to become a part of it.

The salary is good, and good company only for a short duration. Nice projects but you need a good manager to get into the same. Get opportunity to work as Project Manager , Scrum Master along with BA role

1. Everything depends on your manager. No one will hear you if your manager is giving unfair feedback. 2.No work-life balance - Late-night client calls and last minutes requests from the manager 3. The company will reward you with a bonus amount if the business is going well otherwise they will fire you the next day without giving any reason. No job security at all.
