Great culture of trust and working as a team. People really invest in helping you learn and you are also encouraged to learn new things and apply them. There’s some activity happening outside work too. Definitely a place to be for a long time.

Dislikes

Some of the work can get intense with deadlines and demos but that’s not very often. The work is otherwise fair and a good opportunity to learn new things. I never feel alone even in tough times.

Likes

The way all the employees work together is great. Vishal and Ramesh, CEO and CTO of the company bind every employee to the team and keep the spirit igniting in everyone. Good scope for learning new things, techniques or anything. Overall, it's a wonderful place to work, to learn new things in my career.

I don't have any such experiences so far.

I love the fact that people can work on diverse projects and grow simultaneously not just in knowledge but knowledge implication as well.

There's nothing to dislike about the company's structure, environment and work culture.
