This is a third class company with no work life balance. The management expectations is that the employees should work 24/7, other wise you should be fired immediately. Please don’t join this unprofessional company and save your life.

There is no learning scope and will not give priority below lead designation employees. They want us to earn more money from the resource due to that they will not allow to take personal emergency leaves. Please don't prefer this company if you want work life balance
