work and work culture is good but salary hikes and work life balance is very bad. If we ask them for good hikes as of our work they really say a tun of open lies.

No benefits are giving in any situations. if they are not providing benefits in normal situations that is OK but even in this pandemic situation with a ton of work they did using us like dogs and giving proper benefits , if we ask them they are telling silly reasons.

Company mainly focusing on employees health and they have given work from home facility before lock down implementation. Best part is No layoff from the company.

No salary hikes because of covid 19 as expected.
