Nothing everything is very bad. He saying everything is fake, (Please check dislike information in down side)

...t employee friendly , no policies & safety factors taken into consideration.... previous month salary he giving after next month 20th date next. They take turbine blade orders from Big Companies & make machining in scrap machines without maintaining proper quality, dimensions. Also use Crack file software in the design departments. Management asks their own employees to give fake reviews & comments of their company to post on goggle .. I personally have worked there for 1 year & the information stated above is very very true ....

A good organization to start your career with. You get the benefit of learning initially in the organization. Like, they don't expect you to give the output immediately after few weeks of joining if you are a fresher. They take time and give you some time to adapt to the work environment and learn things. Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
