Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

...iously job is secured, and get opportunity for building a good career in pharma. Salary is much better than others. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

It's not like that... My feelings for Quality Pharma was very good, good company I found and it's awesome to work with the companies employees and management but somehow I found bitter with my managers behavior to hamper me with lots of work loads.
