Unfair HR rules are imposed on employees. No Salary hikes and promotions for existing hardworking employees. Management is being run by selected people as per their own wish. No fixed criteria for growth of employee WORST EXIT POLICY AND CULTURE

...room for learners and seekers. Worst HR department. They grow like 2x in a year. And pay you like 10% a year. Un motivated staff. Completely non technical way of working. And a lot other that I can't mention.

there is a huge discrimination b/w the department top management support one department blindly and suppress other

NO place for hardworking guy , guy who know how to butter management will grow rapidly otherwise growth is not good for example when there is increament and you are engineer you will be get increament equals or less from junior engineer
