Good work environment and teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Every day target is fullfilled in production department and quality inspector department.

Dislikes

... lot of rules and politics , targets. There is a 3 years contract labour work .no salary increment and bonus is slow everyday target full filled and attend must be 90% in every year . Canteen food is not good.

we highly participate in improving systems and products and we also participate in the presence of safe products on the market I like that we find issues and correct them before customers receive the products
